ISO certification

Brightpoint Philippines, Inc. is the first wireless telecommunications distributor in the country to earn the prestigious ISO9001:2000  certification and the second Brightpoint office to receive such recognition next to Brightpoint North America.

The Governing Board of Certification International Philippines, awarded Brightpoint Philipines, Inc. a Certification of Registration to ISO9001:2000 for its distribution of wireless telecommunications, data and multimedia products and accessories; provision of after-market services and related value-added and logistics services.

This certification confirmed that our integrated logistics sales and services facilities based in Quezon City have conformed to stringent international standards for achieving process quality and a high level of service. We reached this milestone after two and a half years of putting in place clear, thoroughly documented management and planning procedures designed to ensure high-quality performance.

The company commits to the continuous improvement of its business processes, the development of its human resources, and the implementation of ISO Quality Systems Standards throughout the organization.
